UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING:
A $12 flat rate ground shipping fee will be automatically charged for all domestic orders under $100. Please expect shipment to arrive approximately within 3-7 business days.
We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $100. Please expect shipment to arrive approximately within 3-7 business days.
We ship all online orders via UPS. We currently do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We have a new and improved international shipping process which makes things easy and more affordable for you! We ship worldwide to most countries. Online orders placed outside of the United States will arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of the order, and shipped via a third party shipping company. Please note that due to recent updates to international shipping rules and regulations, we are unable to ship fragrances outside of the U.S. until further notice. This includes all fragrances and select cosmetic products such as nail colors. You will not be able to check out internationally if you have these items in your cart.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Full priced select ready-to-wear and footwear styles are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of package.

All beauty, fragrances, t-shirts, sweatshirts, accessories (including handbags and legwear), posters, swimwear and all other sale merchandise are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit and are considered FINAL SALE.
